Legal Secretary/Paralegal The candidate will do E-filing, docketing, case management of 7-10 clients at a time, financial disclosure (knowledge of trust and Escrow accounts). Will work on general clerical and office management duties. Creating new client files and requesting and processing documents and payments. Interaction with clients and others in-person, over email, and by phone. Maintaining client files and records. Performing legal research and drafting legal pleadings. Drafting and filing of legal documents. Preparing placement documents. Walking to Boulder Court House to file documents. Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited Institution is essential. Must have solid writing, analytical, and problem solving skills. Must have knowledge of organizational planning, records management, and general office administration. Computer literacy, including a solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, DocuSign, Trello is essential. Should be fluent in English. Must have 1-5 years of post qualification experience.
