Review:

"A Supportive Law Firm"

Current Employee - Reviewed on August 18, 2017

There needs to be a focus on increasing office morale. Staff should be compensated more for their work. The staff should continue to be supportive to other employees.

Pros : A positive law firm environment in which great staff are supportive of others. There is good learning experience in litigation. The work team is very professional.
Cons : Some of the firm employees lack passion. The starting salary is very low. There are high expectations for the amount of hours to work. Some employees are not happy, which results in poor office morale.
Current or former employee? : Current Employee
