Administrative / Litigation Attorney The candidate must have 7+ years' experience with NYC residential rent regulatory laws including Rent Stabilization Law and ETPA. Experience and familiarity with DHCR procedures relating to owner applications, tenant complaints and administrative appeals; diligence and representation of owners and developers on assemblage sites, buy-outs, vacating and demolishing buildings. Client base and/or portable business a plus. Should have strong academic credentials required and admission to the New York State Bar.

There needs to be better incentives offered to staff. The lack of 401k is a red flag for the firm. The firm should try and invest in their employees' future.
