Review:

"Continuous Learning Firm "

Current Employee - Reviewed on September 02, 2017

There needs to be better incentives offered to staff. The lack of 401k is a red flag for the firm. The firm should try and invest in their employees' future.

Pros : The firm has an office that creates a great work culture for its staff. The salary seems fair. Management offers continuous training for one to improve as an employee.
Cons : The firm does not do a great job in offering a 401k plan for its staff. The lack of 401k may be a sign that the firm does not care to invest in its employees.
