Legal Assistant The candidate will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. Will assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Record and store client information. Answer phone calls. Maintain law office calendar. Send and respond to emails. Electronically file documents with appropriate courts. Maintain law office client files. Prepare exhibits and documents in advance of hearings and trials. Must have previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field. Must have familiarity with legal research. Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed.
