Review:

"Diverse Firm with Some Management Issues"

Current Employee - Reviewed on August 18, 2017

Pay us what we are worth and treat everyone better. Try actual communication. Leaving everyone in the dark just makes people nervous and causes gossip.

Pros : It's a good mid-sized firm that practices what they preach in terms of diversity. You get to do interesting public sector work.
Cons : The pay is rather low for this kind of firm. The hours are long, but that is to be expected. Management seems a bit disconnected, which the employees can pick up on and doesn't help morale.
