About the Role:

As a Financial Services Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of debt finance transactions. This includes representing both lenders and borrowers, drafting and negotiating various loan documents, managing transaction closings, and supervising junior associates and paralegals. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in leveraged finance, but experience with mezzanine finance or private credit funds is also a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Represent lenders and borrowers in debt finance transactions
- Draft and negotiate credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, security agreements, and other primary loan documents
- Manage transaction closings
- Supervise junior associates and paralegals

Qualifications:

- Four or more years of debt finance experience
- Strong understanding of acquisition financing
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Attention to detail and good judgment
