The firm needs to find a balance between work and away time. Start by offering more flexible hours for employees so that burnout is lessened.Pros : This is a fantastic firm to work with. Employees here are treated as an extended family which is very welcoming. We were challenged and rewarded each step of the way. The firm was well equipped with large office spaces, a great staff, and flexible vacation hours for employees. Each member contributed to a greater good and it made working here a very unique experience that is sure to positively influence your career.
