Receptionist/Legal Assistant- Family Law The candidate must have prior law office experience and have a strong telephone voice. Answer phones, set new client appointments, set up new files, monitor new client results, sort mail, draft letters and Financial Information Sheets, send scheduling orders and hearing notices, make copies, open office, maintain kitchen/reception area, order office supplies, must assist with office and personal errands and projects of the attorney as needed. Must be reliable, have a good attitude, and have own transportation and cell phone. Must be punctual. Must have outgoing positive attitude and personality. Front Desk position. Scheduling new client appointments, confirming appointments and follow up calls to new clients that were interviewed. Must be dependable and thorough. Ability to prioritize work and complete assigned tasks. Assist with signing up new clients. Filing, Copies, errands. Work on projects with attorney.
