The candidate should be enthusiastic, flexible, organized, detail-oriented and a team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills. Should operate well in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Must also have legal experience supporting multiple individuals, be able to balance competing needs and be able to accommodate changing structural and support requirements. Principal responsibilities include but are not limited to: all aspects of litigation support, preparing and filing documents in court, creating internal files; filing, photocopying, scanning; faxing; mailing correspondence, FedEx and post-office trips; document management and organization; drafting correspondence and legal forms, greeting clients and other guests; processing e-Filings, maintaining attorneys’ general calendar; coordinating messengers and deliveries; scheduling meetings; preparing conference room for meetings; and/or ordering food and drinks; assisting attorneys with trial preparations; and other clerical duties as they arise. MS Office 10 is absolutely required; knowledge of TimeSolv is highly desired. A Paralegal Certificate is a plus.
