FAMILY LAW ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY POSITION

We are a boutique family law firm in Orange, California.
We are looking for an experienced full time family law associate.
Must have 2 to 4 years of family law experience.
We will not consider recent bar admittees. Please do not apply if you were admitted to practice in 2017 or 2018.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage a case load of 15 - 20
- Handle a family law case from start to finish
- Preparing and appearing at RFO/Motion Hearings (these are evidentiary hearings in Orange County)

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Ability to assist with client intake
- Experience drafting petitions, RFOs
- Experience handling a wide range of family law court hearings, including complex custody and financial issues
- Experience handling trial preparation and evidentiary hearings
- Experience propounding and responding to discovery.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- DOE ($60,000 - $70,000 per year)
