The candidate must be active members in good standing with the California State Bar. Should preferably have experience: Representing a variety of matters, conducting depositions, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other documents Identifying and working with experts, reporting to clients and maintaining client relationships, assisting with cases from inception to trial.
