Charlotte office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a healthcare fraud and abuse associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience representing healthcare providers faced with fraud and abuse enforcement actions by the government and litigation stemming from those enforcement efforts. The candidate will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Experience with the False Claims Act, Stark Law, and the Anti-Kickback Statue is preferred. Must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
