Kronick is currently seeking an Associate Attorney, with 3-5 years of  substantive employment litigation experience, to join its Labor and Employment practice group. Candidates must have top academic credentials, be highly motivated, self-sufficient, and have a high level of dedication and discipline.

Primary responsibilities involve working regularly with private sector and public agency clients by providing both litigation support and day-to-day  advice and counsel on a variety of labor and employment matters.

  • Litigation in all phases of the firm’s  labor and employment practice, including law and motion practice, written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings, pretrial preparation, witness and exhibit preparation, trial and appeals.
  • Researching and advising clients on personnel and employment-related issues.

Qualification Requirements

•          3-5 years of  substantive employment litigation experience.

•          Exceptional writing skills and a strong academic background.

•          Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.

•          Ability to effectively work with people, exercise sound judgment, and establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

"Management Needs Work"

Morale here is not good thanks to the overbearing management style in use. The leadership team should think about revising how the firm is run.

Pros : Most of the associates and support staff are great; friendly and always willing to lend a hand. The pay here is also very good.
Cons : A terrible management team really puts a damper on the great pay. There is a ton of micromanagement going on here, and policies are applied uniformly amongst staff, even if no direct benefit is seen.
