Assistant Attorney General-Management Duties: The candidate will supervises the work of a Deputy Director, Attorneys, Paralegals, and Legal Associates. Will provide a variety of legal services, through counsel and representation, to the Legislature, Governor, state agencies, and district attorneys. Enforce the statutes under the Attorney General’s jurisdiction.
Qualification and Experience
Qualification: The candidate should have a law degree from an accredited law school and be eligible to be licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin. Must have training, education, and/or work experience related to environmental law, litigation, and/or dispute resolution. Should be qualified and supervisory experience. Experience implementing strategic/management goals, and extensive professional experience working with natural resources or environmental cases is preferred. Deadline : 26 June, 2018
