Duties:
- Lead and manage structured securities offerings and transactions.
- Represent public and private real estate companies, REITs, and financial investors in complex real estate transactions.
- Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development of commercial real estate projects.
- Draft and review transactional documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify and resolve legal issues.
- Provide strategic advice and legal counsel to clients on various matters.
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage client expectations.
- Demonstrate excellence in written and verbal communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Work independently while also effectively participating in team-based projects and tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience managing structured securities offerings.
- Experience in commercial real estate law, particularly in real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions.
- Strong background in advising on complex real estate transactions.

Education:
