A law firm is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney with the following responsibilities, qualifications, and benefits:

Job Overview:

The Family Law Associate Attorney will be responsible for assisting with a caseload of family law matters, providing legal support to clients, and collaborating with other attorneys and staff members.

Duties:

• Assist with a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare pleadings and motions.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Attend client meetings, court hearings, and mediation sessions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members on case strategy and client representation.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on family law issues.
• Handle administrative tasks related to case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar admission in the state of California.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle emotional clients with empathy and positivity.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar admission in the state of California.

Skills:
