Duties

• Negotiation and Litigation: Use negotiation, mediation, and litigation strategies to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
• Case Management: Organize, prepare, and file legal documents efficiently and accurately.
• Client Service: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships through ongoing communication.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in family law preferred.
• Client-Focused: Strong dedication to client service and satisfaction.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organization: Ability to manage caseloads and meet deadlines effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensing: Active Michigan state bar license in good standing.

Certifications and Skills

• Family law experience and knowledge of divorce, custody, support, and related matters.
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and case management.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
