Legal Services Consultant, Complex Litigation – US Remote:
- Salary range: $89,800-$176,700 annually

Primary Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize claim documents, contracts, and other relevant information to support litigation
- Obtain necessary data from various platforms to produce in cases
- Identify key internal contacts and coordinate witness fact development and preparation
- Assist with trial arrangements and logistics
- Develop a solid understanding of enterprise documents and policies
- Work collaboratively with in-house attorneys and outside counsel
- Perform substantial work on internal reporting and board presentations
- Assist in developing processes and best practices
- Deep understanding of the business and ability to work in a complex, matrixed environment
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant litigation experience
- 4+ years working in a legal or regulatory environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Paralegal degree or certificate
- In-house paralegal/litigation experience
- Experience working with senior leadership
- Experience in a complex, matrixed environment
- Experience with external and internal client/customer service
- Experience in the healthcare industry, managed care industry, or federal/state government healthcare program
- Project management experience
- Detail-oriented and ability to work within a team
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
