Attorney The candidate will handle defense of agency charges of unlawful practices, lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims, and advice and counseling involving similar issues. Will represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitrations for a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases. Must have JD degree from Accredited Law School. Should have 3-5 years of relevant experience. Experience in workplace law and employment litigation defending discrimination charges and lawsuits preferred. Experience with employment class action a plus. Must have California Bar Admission. Should have understanding of current agency (state and federal) enforcement techniques. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
