Senior Litigation Paralegal Duties: Manage large volumes of documents and data. Review, organize and maintain document databases and spreadsheets for case tracking, discovery, and document production. Assist with preparation of the documents for witness interviews, depositions, hearings, and trials. Locate and review information applicable to a particular case, person, or subject through online research or document reviews. Communicate with clients, government agencies/officials, consultants and various other parties on a regular basis to collect and assemble information; communicate findings to attorney; and communicate as agent of attorney. Apply in-depth knowledge of legal procedures, electronic discovery and document management, terminology, and activities to paralegal tasks; serve as a senior resource for procedural questions and organization policies. Work as a team with staff members and lawyers to collaborate and provide exceptional and efficient service for clients.

Qualifications: A Bachelor degree and/or Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience. 10 years experience as a litigation paralegal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and data manipulation. Advanced understanding of Federal, State and local rules of procedure and court filing procedures, both electronic and hard copy. Experience with preparation related to hearings, depositions, trials, arbitrations and mediations. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to anticipate needs and exercise independent judgement for resolution. Knowledge of ethical boundaries of position and when to consult with attorney. Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines. Preferred: Experience in complex litigation matters. Proficiency with legal software and databases, such as Ringtail. Experience with litigation technology including eDiscovery and Trial Director.
