Family and Criminal Law Paralegal Office Manager Candidate will be able to handle all administrative aspects of a law firm specializing in family and criminal law. Areas of responsibility include: (1) all billing and collections functions; (2) support of lawyers in court filings and case management; (3) general office management. Additional responsibilities will include creating, revising and proofreading legal documents and correspondence. Law firm administrative experience required. College degree preferred. Must have the ability to exercise initiative; apply principles to make decisions; solve problems and deal with a variety of situations; prioritize and coordinate administrative support, schedule work assignments. Excellent organizational skills and communication skills, and strong attention to detailed required. 2 years of litigation assistant experience, preferably family and criminal law, strong working knowledge of MS Office applications is required.
