Procurement/Contracts Specialist Responsibilities: Acting as a contracts manager to prepare/review and negotiate contracts, including Service Order Forms, MSAs, Subcontractor Agreements, hosting and maintenance, requests for proposals (RFPs), vendor agreements, NDAs. Drafting, editing, reviewing, and negotiating business and commercial terms of agreements with global vendors providing Telecom and Data Center services.. Liaising with Tower’s Legal department, Strategic Sourcing team, Global Data Center team, and vendors to interpret business and commercial terms, clauses, and assist with drafting agreement language. . Communicating the status of agreements to necessary stakeholders and verify their understanding and acceptance of the legal and business terms of the agreements. Tracking and maintaining all contracts for the division, including but not limited to contract renewals, terminations, and database and file management, and assist with organizing and maintaining the department’s agreement database and legal department files. Maintaining familiarity with Tower’s internal best-practices relating to contracts, and ensuring that each agreement is not only in compliance with, but exceeds Tower and industry standards. Researching laws, regulations, and administrative requirements for bespoke and custom projects. Occasionally work outside of normal business hours as required to support APAC and EMEA engagements.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, pre-law, or related field. Relevant paralegal experience and/or certification a plus. 3-5 years of experience reviewing and negotiating business contracts, as well as experience reviewing, revising, and negotiating vendor agreements. Relevant experience in working with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Vendor relations. Experience in working within a Telecommunications carrier/vendor or e-commerce environment. Experience in an international / multi-country environment preferred. Exceptional reading comprehension and writing skills, as well as a strong command of grammar. Strong attention to detail, meticulousness, corporate form, contract template and version control, and typographical errors. Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and multitask under pressure, and drive projects to completion.
