The candidate must be able to work collectively as a team and independent of supervision in completing specific tasks, ability to meet deadlines, collaborate with various departments and divisions for the greater good of the organization. Must have an accredited degree (BA/BS) at a minimum. Advanced degree desired. Knowledge of legal stautes, principles, with the ability to multi-task independently or with a team is required. Prior work experience in a for-profit or not-profit capacity is needed. Should have ability to adapt to changes as they arise, able to work with executive and senior management. Must have ability to give educated opinion on various researched topics, be of high moral character, presentational skills, and great communication. Bilingual (Spanish, French, etc.) background strongly encouraged.
