Research Assistant The candidate will join Research Team, which focuses on researching domestic and international records retention requirements. Must have legal background and/or education including experience with researching, reading, and interpreting statutes and regulations; General understanding of legal terminology; Able to search through large legislative documents quickly and with attention to detail for specific terms and requirements; Able to accurately identify and analyze/parse out relevant legal requirements in dense legislative text; Comfortable researching laws and legal documents in a wide variety of jurisdictions (domestic and international), websites, and databases; Proficient in Excel and Word; Able to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously; Comfortable with quickly learning and regularly using a variety of software programs; Strong communication skills; and a Team player.
