• Provide legal counsel and guidance in corporate and consumer bankruptcy matters

Requirements

• Prior experience in litigation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to handle varying caseloads

Education

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Indiana (required)
