Paralegal Candidate will be working exclusively in the fields of estate planning and elder law. Duties will include: Greeting prospects and clients by appointment. Managing & Executing Legal Estate Plans. Supporting Attorney for Meetings. Client Process Management – Meetings/Drafting/Client & Internal Communication. Answering phones/taking and relaying messages for Attorneys and staff. Mail room duties and filing. Maintaining office supplies. Attorney calendar scheduling. Weekly inter-region office travel. Event Workshop Support.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: 2+ years' paralegal work experience required. Previous drafting experience is preferred. Great communication skills - position involves a good deal of client relations Excellent grammar, spelling, writing and proofreading skills Tech-savvy is a must (at a bare minimum, must be proficient with Microsoft Office). Familiarity with CRM systems.
