Policy and process development and monitoring. Onsite and remote audits and remediation. Recovery forecasting. Market level reporting. Call monitoring, reporting, training, and audits. Document imaging delivery and audits. Performance tracking and reporting. Compliance control reporting. Document and pleading preparation.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Prefer 5+ years paralegal or legal assistant experience. Analytical and problem-solving ability. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Superior attention to detail and commitment to quality performance. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
