General Liability Paralegal Responsibilities: Drafts cover letters and other correspondence. Organizes, manages and updates client files/pleadings (electronic and paper copies). Indexes and summarizes documents and depositions. Performs basic legal and factual research (including electronic and paper copies). Discovery and substantive motion support, such as drafting and preparing, as commensurate with skill set.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate. 3-5 years of litigation experience required. Familiar with drafting and E-Filing in federal and state courts. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive tasks. Keen attention to detail. Ability to work with large document intensive cases. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, ADOBE Acrobat Professional. Lexis, Westlaw - proficiency preferred.
