Mid-Level Financial Markets - Litigation Associate The candidate will involves capital markets, M&A, corporate governance and financial and regulatory matters primarily for financial institutions, including commercial and investment banks, broker-dealers, investment advisers and other financial institutions. Must have a minimum of 3-6 years of large law firm experience working on sophisticated corporate, securities and M&A matters. Additionally, candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiations skills, superior academic background and a desire for teamwork, significant responsibility and client interaction.
