  • Prepare and file legal documents related to nursing home and assisted living facility cases, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
  • Stay current with changes in healthcare laws and regulations affecting nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, healthcare professionals, and experts to build strong cases and advocate for clients' best interests.
  • Advise clients on compliance with state and federal regulations governing nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida State Bar.
  • Experience in healthcare law, focusing on nursing home and assisted living facility issues.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful case management and client representation in relevant legal matters.
  • Strong understanding of state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
