Experience in both litigation and employment law counseling. The ideal candidate will have experience with both discovery, motion practice and other areas of pre-trial litigation (trial experience is a plus) as well as counseling employers on employment law issues and preparation or review of employment-related documentation. In areas of employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, wage-hour, trade secrets/non-competition/unfair competition, workplace privacy, executive employment agreements, and many other areas pertaining to hiring, promotion, compensation and discipline. The firm regularly advises employers and trains managers concerning personnel systems, policies and practices.
