Duties:

- Contract Negotiations: Engage with local and state officials on transactional matters and agreements.

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of legal experience in litigation, transactional law, or a related field.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation abilities with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Active bar license in the State of Michigan.
Skills:
