Commercial Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will assist and provide organizational and practice specific assistance to our Tampa Real Estate Attorneys. Will provide support to the real estate group, with specific emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development deals with national and local builders and developers. Responsibilities: Coordination and assistance with all aspects of closings from inception to close, including preparation of purchase and sale agreements, easements, property transfer documents, closing checklists, and all other transactional documents; Prepare and review homeowner association documents, condominium association documents, and master disclosure and information addendums for purchase and sales transactions between developers/builders and the end users; Maintain critical dates for all purchase and sale agreements, due diligence efforts, and client deliverables; Order, review and analyze title documents, title requirements, title endorsements and surveys, prepare title objection letters, and responses to title objection letters; Coordinate and review due diligence materials for a variety of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing; Will also assist with other aspects of the transactions, both locally and nationally, as needed. Should have 5+ years of working experience as a commercial real estate paralegal. Bachelor degree, and/or paralegal certificate, preferred. Large firm experience preferred.
