Paralegal - Corporate/Transactional The candidate will be reporting to the VP & Senior Counsel. Will be involved in drafting and reviewing contracts for the Technology, Product, Marketing, Analytics and Ticketing teams. Assisting with a variety of tasks related to commercial and licensing agreements including: updating and maintaining the contract forms, preparing initial drafts and revisions of contracts, amendments and other related documents under the supervision of an attorney. Maintaining the contract filing database. Resolving legal inquiries from other company departments. Preparing business license applications and complete any required government/regulatory forms on behalf of the company. Other projects – legal research, reporting, and tracking information, and drafting correspondence.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should preferably have Bachelor’s Degree and paralegal certificate. Must have 7+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment. Experience in an entertainment or technology company with licensing or similar transactional legal work. MS Office Suite and detail-oriented with strong research, organizational, and problem-solving skills required. Ability to multi-task, work independently, and follow through to completion on multiple projects in timely and efficient manner. Ability to interact on a professional level with internal and external business partners. Excellent Communication (speaking, writing and listening skills) essential.
