Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough file reviews and legal analysis of claims and causes of action.
• Perform extensive legal research and draft substantial briefs, memos, pleadings, and appellate briefs.
• Maintain an annual billable requirement of 1950 hours.
• Represent clients in court, arbitrations, and depositions regularly.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests.
• Coordinate and collaborate with expert witnesses.
• Prepare for trials and attend as necessary.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements:

• . degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Admission to practice in Missouri and other states is a plus.
• Experience in general liability; experience in other practice areas is advantageous.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong research abilities and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic while functioning well in a team environment.
• Prompt responsiveness to email and phone inquiries.
• Excellent client management skills and professional telephone etiquette.
