The candidate will draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements. Will ensure that clients' business transactions are in compliance with the law. Analyze and recommend deal structures. Structure and eventually lead capital raises. Perform other legal tasks and projects as assigned. Should preferably have mid- to large law firm experience and immediately transferable skills. Admission to the Missouri Bar is required.
