Junior to Mid-Level Litigation (Complex/White Collar) Associate
The candidate should have 2-5 years of strong civil & white collar criminal litigation experience with particular experience in securities fraud matters. Will focus their practice on white collar criminal defense and internal investigations, and complex civil litigation including commercial disputes and securities class actions. Candidates should be prepared to assume significant responsibility in the management of their matters, and to take on a front-facing role with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts. Judicial Clerkship experience is preferred. Excellent academic credentials, and strong writing and analytical skills are required. Agency submission will be accepted at this time.
