Client Services Senior Specialist The candidate will focus on problem-solving alongside a team of specialists. Will assist customers with a variety of product issues while also building trust with the client. Support General Motors Legal Staff (GMLS) in the discovery process. Bachelorâ€™s degree is required. Paralegal or legal assistant certificate from ABA certified program is required. eDiscovery training within 30 days of hire (also required for existing staff) is required. Should have 3 - 5 years of litigation-support experience including discovery. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes are needed. Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks are needed. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed.
