Client Services Senior Specialist The candidate will focus on problem-solving alongside a team of specialists. Will assist customers with a variety of product issues while also building trust with the client. Support General Motors Legal Staff (GMLS) in the discovery process. Bachelor’s degree is required. Paralegal or legal assistant certificate from ABA certified program is required. eDiscovery training within 30 days of hire (also required for existing staff) is required. Should have 3 - 5 years of litigation-support experience including discovery. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes are needed. Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks are needed. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed.
