Assistant Attorney General: The Nebraska Department of Justice seeks a full-time assistant attorney general.
Under the supervision of the Chief Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Litigation Bureau, the Assistant Attorney General is responsible for providing defense of state agencies, boards and commissions in civil cases.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Graduation from an ABA accredited law school required. Minimum one year as a judicial clerk or two years of civil litigation defense experience in a law firm or government agency required. Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills required. Trial experience highly preferred.
