The candidate will work on a variety of patent-related matters including patent prosecution, strategic portfolio development, licensing and assertion support, patent litigation support, and PTAB proceedings. USPTO Registration is essential. Admission to the California Bar is essential. An undergraduate or advanced degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, applied physics, or other similar disciplines. Patent litigation experience (as part of a mixed practice) is highly desirable.
