Go into this with the mindset that it will be a fast paced and hectic work environment. If you are looking for a slow and relaxed environment this would not be the best fit. Keep in mind that also newer people will not get the best cases at times.Pros : The firm has a long history and always has plenty of work. You will always have something different if you want. The benefits are great as well because this company is large insurance isn't as expensive as it is at other firms.
