ProfileAssociate Attorney - Workers’ Compensation The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of client matters including meeting with prospective clients, devising litigation strategies, drafting pleadings, supervising and delegating work to paralegals and assistants, preparing for and attending court hearings, and negotiating resolutions with opposing attorneys. Should have Workers’ Compensation Law skills and experience are valued, but attitude, character, personality and integrity are also important. Must have 0-3 years of attorney experience in Workers’ Compensation. Employment and ERISA law experience a plus. Active member of the Minnesota Bar is essential.
