Corporate Counsel Responsibilities: Will conduct research on human resources issues, such as employment law, employee benefits and workers' compensation. Assist in all legal matters for company's various businesses and subsidiaries, including those located outside the United States. Review, draft and negotiate contracts. Prepare legal memoranda and research legal issues. Interpret laws, rulings and regulations and determine how to apply to company. Assist in preparing documents for real estate transactions, including leases, acquisitions and dispositions. Research and advise on product regulatory issues.

Qualification and Experience

Qualification Requirements: A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Admission to practice law in the state of Wisconsin. Admission to the California Bar preferred. Must have 8+ years of experience as an attorney. Experience in representing companies or clients with significant California operations. Substantive civil litigation and courtroom experience a plus. Experience and knowledge in risk management and evaluation. Excellent communication, negotiation and writing skills. Should have passion and expertise in legal counsel or corporate or employment law. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with quick response time.
