WM Senior Fiduciary Administrator III The candidate duties will include: setting up, administering, terminating and distributing complex philanthropic accounts of all types. Partners with relationship managers and sales specialists to develop new business, retain/expand current relationships and cross sell WM services. May communicate directly with clients, firm Partners and Centers of Influence as well as external resources i.e. accountants, attorneys, who are related to the clients’ accounts as part of day to day administration. Analyzes trust/financial information, reacts accordingly and reprioritizes as appropriate. May act as mentor or team leader to provide work direction. Must have 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following industries: financial, trust, or legal. Should preferably have certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) or similar certificate. BS/BA degree or higher (such as MBA/JD/LLM) in business, management, law or trust and wealth management is desired. Established knowledge of all types of charitable entities, trust, fiduciary law, and federal regulations is a plus. Charitable Trust Administration experience is preferred. Experience with discretionary grants and scholarships is helpful. Experience working in a trust administration middle office is desired. Experience with trust applications: SEI, Micro Edge, PGCalc, and Giftwrap is preferred. Deadline: September 22, 2017
