Wealth Planner Duties: Create and support a client-centered, advice-based culture among Wealth Management Professionals by leading the wealth planning process, managing internal resources and providing technical expertise to team members. Design and present strategic planning recommendations and discover new opportunities for clients and prospects. Create and support a client-centered, advice-based planning culture. Lead and implement Wealth Management planning strategy. Partner with Wealth Management Professionals in advice delivery process for High Net Worth clients. Manage wealth planning workflow process. Design and present strategic wealth planning recommendations to clients and prospects, in partnership with Wealth Management Professionals. Analyze the financial situation of high net worth clients and prospects. Identify potential gaps and risks in their current wealth management strategies, taking into account legal, tax and investment goals and limitations. Based on client information provided, determine the appropriate level of analytics and tools for the wealth plan. Discover potential revenue generating opportunities related to the clientâ€™s planning process. This may include participating in Wealth Management or bank client events. Provide team leadership and coaching to help Wealth Management Professionals maintain and expand their knowledge of wealth planning topics and tools. Initiate and lead internal education and development events for internal partners. Support wealth management enterprise-wide planning implementation.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 6+ years wealth management experience to include 3+ years financial planning experience. / High School Diploma with 10+ years wealth management experience to include 3+ years financial planning experience. Preferred: Certified Financial Planner designation. Juris Doctor or Certified Public Accountant designation. Certified Trust & Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation. Strong group facilitation and presentation skills. Excellent internal and external client relationship management skills. Strong written, verbal, problem solving, and analytical skills. Ability to navigate financial planning software and Microsoft Office. Experience with eMoney and/or MoneyGuidePro.
