ProfileWealth Strategist Duties: Generates or coordinates creation of proposals focusing on client’s wealth transfer goals and objectives. Develops and promotes sales ideas and effective business practices. Conducts “point of sale” presentations as needed. Assists, trains and motivates FAs on key financial planning concepts and product solutions to gather assets of high net worth clients. Proactively identifies short and long-term business-building activities for individual FAs and teams. Contacts top producing FAs regarding new sales, prospecting and training ideas. Develops and follows a regular communication plan to support Divisional Directors, Complex Directors, Branch Directors and target FAs.. Responsible for reporting weekly travel and business activities to branches.. Conducts branch targeted training programs. Contributes and develops thought leadership content that will be utilized by clients, Financial Advisors and the firm to provide insights and a view on specific themes and planning concepts.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, advance degree preferred. 10+ years Financial Services industry experience, including in-depth knowledge of branch office/financial advisor responsibilities. 10+ years of in-depth expertise in estate or planning products. Securities industry licenses 7 and 66 (or 7, 63 and 65). Experience with design and implementation of training programs. Strong analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills including advanced presentation skills. Strong customer service focus with relationship building skills. Nice-to-have: CPA and/or JD Degree. MBA. CFP, CLU and/or ChFC designation. Insurance Advanced Marketing experience.
