I'd like to see a few of the attorneys that I mentioned that treated the secretaries poorly either lectured or suspended. I would also like to see some guidelines put in place by management to keep the work environment professional.Pros : The interns that I worked with were very friendly as was management. I also thought that the secretaries were outstanding and conducted themselves in a professional manner at all times.
