Development Counsel - Planned Giving Officer / Foundation The candidats works closely with the Chief Development Officer and General Counsel on all legal matters within the Foundations. Serves as liaison between the Foundation and Legal departments and manages the planned giving program for all the WCHN hospitals. Works with professional advisors and donors to encourage, plan and close planned gifts. Must have J.D. degree and 3+ years of job-related experience. Should also have 3 years of demonstrated success in planned gift acquisitions, in a health care or higher education setting, with a track record of closing five and six figure gifts.
