Technology Transactions & Outsourcing Associate The candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience to join the firm's Technology Transactions & Outsourcing Practice Group in either our Los Angeles, Chicago, Milwaukee, or Boston office. Must have strong writing, analytical, and oral communication skills. Should have educational, legal work, or non-legal work experience demonstrating an interest or capabilities in the areas of technology, licensing, cybersecurity, or professional services delivery or management. Will receive extensive training and will be involved in a wide range of leading-edge transactions. Must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school with excellent academic credentials and must be in good standing and an active member of the bar of the state in which the candidate is admitted to practice. Should have admission to the relevant bar will be a condition of hire. Must have capability and desire to work as part of a team.

There is a need for training of management staff to be more organized with the work and implement a much more organized working structure. More employees should be hired so that some of the staff does not have to stay in later to work.

Pros : The law firm offers a shuttle service. The environment of the law firm is composed of considerate and employees who do well at the work they perform.
Cons : The law firm really needs to consider hiring more employees for the office. Some of the staff is sometimes asked to work until the later hours. Management lacks in being organized with work.
