ProfileGlobal Mobility Tax Analyst The candidate will be a trusted advisor to employees, coordinating with the People team, Legal Ninjas, and business leads to ensure every assignment is a success. Manage relationships with tax service providers to ensure our employees receive best-in-class support and advice from deployment start to finish. Be a single point of contact to solve the deployed employees’ problems. Build relationships at all levels of the business based on superior execution and subject matter expertise. Ensure company and employee compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Own day-to-day assignment-related tasks, including tax calculations hypothetical tax, and shadow payrolls. Bachelor’s degree in tax, law, accounting or related field, or a professional equivalent and 2-3 years of global mobility experience within a large public accounting or law firm and/or a company that deploys employees overseas for project-based work required. Ability to interact confidentially and professionally with all levels of the organization required. Solid knowledge of U.S. income taxes; knowledge of foreign tax systems preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills required. Working: knowledge of ADP; knowledge of GAAP accounting required. Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills required.
